How to Make a Grilled Charlie

Peanut Butter outside, chocolate inside…butter inside, cheese outside.

First introduced in The Gang Goes Jihad (season 2), the Grilled Charlie is a masterpiece food that everyone needs to learn how to make.

Charlie attempted to teach Frank the art of making a Grilled Charlie but almost screws it up. Later on in the show, Frank asks Charlie if he can add rum ham to his Grilled Charlie, which then results to tremendous farting.

The Grilled Charlie is no Milk Steak but certainly does not go unnoticed when it comes to weird foods Charlie Kelly enjoys to eat. I’m not going to lie, I wouldn’t not eat this if I was offered it (unless Charlie himself made it).

For this recipe you will need…

Grilled Charlie Ingredients

  • Bread
  • Cheese
  • Butter
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Peanut butter

Making a grilled Charlie is pretty easy.

  1. To start this masterpiece off, you will need to butter the wrong side of the bread, adding cheese on the other side and placing it cheese side down onto a skillet
  2. On the buttered side, drizzle chocolate syrup of your choice
  3. Butter another piece of bread, again placing it wrong side down
  4. Flip it and top the other side with peanut butter
  5. Scoop up and serve

Charlie specifically states that the peanut butter MUST go last. If not, you have done it all wrong and must start it again. Don’t be like Frank.
