Frank is a ridiculous character played by an awesome actor (Danny DeVito) who has had more awesome scenes in It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia than I care to count. However, we did compile a list of our top 10 favorite Frank Reynolds moments and thought you would enjoy them too.
